Gerard Hall, CPP is the Director of Payroll Operations for Human Capital Mangement division of CBIZ in Roanoke, Virginia.  He has spent more than 20 years working with payroll and benefits and has created a strong network in both the Learning & Development and payroll arenas.  In 2018, Gerard established "That Payroll Guy" a company focused on educating people on the intricacies of payroll as well as keeing those within the industry aware of legislative and regulatory changes.
